About the Role
We're seeking an experienced deal professional to optimise our active listings portfolio and drive successful deal closures at unknown link. This key leadership position will manage our growing portfolio of business opportunities, currently valued at $150M+, with a target to achieve consistent monthly deal closure rates of 2.5% ($5M in closed deals per month).

Portfolio Management
Oversee the complete lifecycle of active listings, from onboarding to deal closure

Strategic Guidance
Provide strategic guidance and support to deal managers to optimize deal flow

Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze deal progression metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Quality Control
Implement and maintain quality control standards for all active listings

Develop and execute strategies to increase deal conversion rates

Mentor and support deal managers to enhance their performance

Reporting
Regular reporting on portfolio performance and conversion metrics

Process Optimization
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the deal process
Required Qualifications
Experience
5+ years experience in business broking, M&A, or capital raising
Track Record
Proven track record of deal closures and portfolio management
Business Acumen
Strong understanding of business valuation and deal structuring
Communication
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
